Torn's API terms ask every tool to state these five things.

Data storage

Your key isn't stored. Each visit reads your name, faction, and position (cached five minutes) to decide what you can see. The key your faction leader connects collects members' public daily stats and the faction's attack log, contributors, armory, and funds news, kept while the faction uses the tool.

Data sharing

Only inside your faction: Leader, Co-leader, and the positions the leader allows.

Purpose of use

Faction management: members' activity and contribution over a chosen date range.

Key storage and sharing

Your key: only in your browser cookie, shared with nobody. The faction key: encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on the server, used for that faction only, until it is deleted.

Key access level

Public to sign in; Limited with faction API access for the faction key.
